Sweden's largest vaccinator in 2019
Challenge: The aim was to increase the availability of vaccinations and improve customer flow to pharmacies. The long-term goal was to become a leading player in vaccinations by increasing the number of pharmacies, extending opening hours, broadening the range of vaccinations, offering other health services and increasing geographical coverage across Sweden.
