Adxto supports FrostPharma's growth journey in the Nordics

FrostPharma needed a flexible HR partner to manage its rapid expansion in the Nordic region, where the goal was to broaden the company's pharmaceutical services and meet specific patient needs.

With over two decades of experience in life sciences, Adxto provided tailored consulting and operational support to optimize FrostPharma's operations. By rapidly enhancing operational flexibility and managing recruitment processes, Adxto created a solid foundation for continued growth.

Between 2017 and 2024, Adxto actively contributed to establishing and expanding FrostPharma's presence in the Nordics and Baltics. This strategic effort resulted in a broadening of the drug portfolio, tailored for both children and adults, which in turn strengthened the company's market position and expanded its service offering.

The year 2024 marked a new milestone for FrostPharma as Adxto's guidance led to the successful sale of a significant stake to private investment firm Priveq, paving the way for the company's continued development.
