Medical checks & health tests
We carry out health tests (Werlabs), spirometry examinations, medical check-ups, issue certificates of fitness for service and take samples. Below you can find more information about the different health services and book a test/examination.
Werlabs health tester
If you have ordered a health check from Werlabs, you can make an appointment to have your samples taken. These health checks provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your general health status. Simply answers to why you feel the way you do. But also an insight into how changes in your lifestyle could make you feel better.
You need to be fasting 10 hours before sampling.
This means that you should not eat 10 hours before sampling. Water and black coffee or tea (without milk and/or sugar) are fine to drink during the fast.
We ask you to bring identification for the sampling.
Medical checks & medical certificates
The employer is legally responsible for ensuring that medical checks are carried out and offered to employees who work in certain risk environments. The checks are mandatory for the employee to work in the respective area.

Thermosetting plastics
Thermosets can cause allergies and other sensitivities and therefore require regular medical examinations. People who handle and are exposed to thermosetting plastics may, for example, be foundry workers, nail technologists, lash stylists, electronics fitters, car sheet metal workers, car painters, dentists, orthopaedic technicians and others. According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the medical examination must be carried out for the first time before employment, after 3-6 months and then at intervals of no more than two years. The check-up forms the basis for an assessment of fitness for service.
Price for examination of thermosetting plastics
The survey involves:
- Visit to a nurse for spirometry examination and completion of a health questionnaire
- Medical visit with evaluation of questionnaire and spirometry results
- If everything looks good, a certificate of fitness to work with thermosets is issued
