Rapid expansion: how Adxto helped Portola establish itself in the Nordics and Europe

Portola faced an unexpected challenge when it needed to establish operations in several European countries, including the Nordics, following an earlier than expected EMEA approval. With a limited presence in Europe and no representation in the Nordics, the company faced significant obstacles, not least a lack of recruitment opportunities in the region.

To solve the problem, qualified staff were quickly recruited and all necessary positions were filled in the countries concerned. To ensure a smooth transition, mirrored contracts were created, allowing for a flexible transfer of employees to Portola's own payroll when the company was ready.
